DETROIT – January 03, 2008 - Hot off a truly sensational week of local restaurant reviews, MGM Grand Detroit is delivering on its promise to bring the finest cuisine and culinary talent to its new location. Opened just three months ago, Michael Mina’s SALTWATER and BOURBON STEAK restaurants inside the $800-million destination recently garnered three phenomenal four-star reviews from respected Detroit restaurant critics within a one week period. SALTWATER was commended with two of the prestigious ratings with nods from Free Press critic Sylvia Rector and Detroit News columnist Molly Abraham. Mina’s second venue, BOURBON STEAK, also received four stars from Abraham.
