HOWIE MANDEL TO PERFORM TWO SHOWS AT MGM GRAND DETROIT APRIL 10
DETROIT – Howie Mandel, the host of the popular NBC game show “Deal or No Deal,” will bring his hilarious stand-up comedy routine to MGM Grand Detroit.
Mandel, a multi-talented actor and comedian, will perform at MGM Grand Detroit’s Grand Ballroom for two shows, at 7 and 10 p.m. on Thursday, April 10. Tickets, which will go on sale March 10, are $50 and $75 and can be purchased at all Ticketmaster outlets or online at ticketmaster.com. In addition, MGM Grand will offer a hotel package for $399, which includes: two tickets to either show; a $100 credit toward food and beverages at either of the two critically acclaimed Michael Mina restaurants, Saltwater or Bourbon Steak; and one night luxury accommodations for two in the MGM Grand.
Mandel has enjoyed a prolific career, spanning almost every area of show business including television, film and stage.
For current TV viewers, Mandel may be best known for his work on “Deal or No Deal,” but TV veterans remember him for his role as Dr. Wayne Fiscus for six-seasons on the Emmy-winning series, “St Elsewhere,” and the children’s animated “Bobby’s World,” which ran for eight-seasons on FOX.
He steadily performs as many as 200 concert dates a year, making him one of the most successful comedy stars today. He recently starred in the SHOWTIME original, “Crown Heights,” a film based on the true story about racial tensions between Hasidic Jews and African-Americans.
Mandel hosted “The Howie Mandel Show,” a daytime talk and variety show and has performed in countless comedy specials both on cable and network television.
