Michael Mina brings his steakhouse concept to Detroit with BOURBON STEAK, a contemporary American steakhouse. Through his modern twist on a classic menu, lively, inviting bar and sophisticated, contemporary atmosphere, BOURBON STEAK plays host to guests looking for the perfect filet in a modern steakhouse setting.

BOURBON STEAK features modern American fare with a focus on the finest meats and freshest seafood available worldwide. The highest quality meats - American Kobe and Australian "A5" Wagyu, and all-natural Piedmontese Beef steaks, are poached in butter and cooked over a wood burning grill. Mina also treats diners to "Modern American Classics," a selection of signature dishes including Whole-Fried Organic Chicken accompanied by Truffled Mac & Cheese and Olive-Oil Poached Colorado Lamb with Peas & Carrots. Broad selections of fine wines are also offered, along with a menu of sophisticated classic and modern cocktails.
